Focus group on CD pack and ideas for poster:
Person one main comments: Love the idea of the middle being shots from the pit gig however maybe make one shot a second after the other so they are different and perhaps carry this theme on to the poster
Person two main comments: Like how you have linked it in so well with the music video however could you make the front and back more similar to each other by perhaps instead of just liquifying the image on the back cartooning then liquifying to make it more similar
Person three main comments: Like how it all fits together and the inside cover opens out with lyrics form the music video. Perhaps carry them these of the photo from the front and back on to the poster making it cartoon to fit in with the drum and bass genre and theme.
Person four main comments:Like the typography you have used as it fits with the drum and bass genre theme.
Person five main comments: I agree with person one and two and perhaps add ratings from music magazines of the video onto the poster.

Video Editing.
We felt to make it distinctive that the end part of out video was looking back we made the clips of looking back black and white as some of the feed back we received in research was that the narrative was quite complicated to understand therefore by swapping around the narrative and adding in edits such as adding black and white (as the footage is first played in the present tense and again at the end in the sense of looking back on their time together ) it makes the whole narrative alot clearer.

Font Experimentation For DigiPack
Whilst creating our Digipack me and molly wanted to look into more inventive ways of using typography therefore went on the website www.dafont.com to explore different types of font we could use which would be creative as well as suitable for our target audience, we found several possibilities including these bellow...
However we went with this font as we felt it best suited our target audience as well as being creative and very similar to the one in which 'chase and status' themselves use.

Discussion With Mr Canning About Our Video And How To Improve.
Today Me, Molly and Mr Canning sat down an discussed what we can do to improve on our video and came up with these points...
- The narrative build up was too long -Done
- Match the Tempo - When Harry opens the door add an effect to make his movements more distinctive. -Done
- Keep everything up to where chloe blows the candle out.- Done
- First 35 seconds need reworking - perhaps concentrate on Harrison performing. - Done
- Try switching the ending with the beginning - Done
- Include more of an verity of shots within the argument scene. - Done
- Be more creative slow parts up and speed some down. - Done
- Chop it up more. eg. gig scene
- Cut Harrison more into gig part
- Stop the pit gig when music changes as it goes on for too long. - Done
- Make 2:46 onwards calmer - Done
- Fade the ending out
- Letter box editing perhaps swap around images to get more included within it. - Done
After this discussion we know we have a lot of work to do however don't know if any of it will work till we try it, however hopefully it will allowing us to improve our video.

Photoshop Experiments
Here are some experiments in which me and molly made when seeing what sorts of edits we could use of photoshop and see which ones could actually work. I really like the first one and the 4th one as i feel they are most suited to the target audience. I am also debating weather to draw my own title out as within my research i found the typography they use i feel is quite significant to them as its usually quite creative and i feel i cannot find a font which really reflects our video, therefore i will draw out the title, scan it in and use photoshop to layer it over our chosen image.
